At FuzzlePets, we want getting your order to be as easy as possible. That’s why every order to Ireland and the United Kingdom ships free, with no minimum spend and no code needed.

  • The United Kingdom

How Long Delivery Takes

Here’s what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment your parcel arrives:

Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to your delivery.

Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This is how long it takes us to prepare and pack your order and pass it to our delivery partner.

Ireland

  • In transit: 6 to 8 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 7 to 10 business days

United Kingdom

  • In transit: 6 to 8 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 7 to 10 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates. Things like bad weather, carrier delays, customs checks or other events beyond our control can occasionally slow things down. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated.

Prices and order totals are shown and charged in euros (€) for orders to Ireland and in pounds sterling (£) for orders to the United Kingdom.

Our Delivery Partners

We use reliable carriers to make sure your order reaches you safely, including:

  • Ireland: An Post, DPD Ireland
  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD

Shipping Costs

  • Always Free: We don’t charge for shipping on any order to Ireland or the UK whatever the order size.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Deliveries to the United Kingdom may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. If these charges apply and weren’t collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them.

Tracking Your Parcel

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can see where your parcel is. You can also check your order status at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Problems with Your Delivery

Delayed, missing or something else not quite right? Contact our customer service team at info@fuzzlepets.com as soon as possible. We’ll look into it and do everything we can to put it right.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. By continuing to shop with us after an update, you agree to the revised policy.
